The artwork is in this artifact's asset store under `assets/brand`. `style` merges last, so where files cannot be fetched (the live preview here) set `background` to the component's own rule with the SVG inline: `var(--pbs-blue) url(data:…) left center / auto 100% no-repeat`. In mode b, keep the message clear of the symbol (the preview offsets it with `contentStyle={{left:'32%'}}`).

Rules (v3 pp.79–85): official artwork only (`assets/brand/SymbolCrop_Digital_RGB.svg`; CMYK version for print); layout ≥1.5× wider than tall; symbol bleeds top/left/bottom; mode a = left-aligned larger copy beside the symbol, mode b = short centered message; text must pass contrast on PBS Blue; never overlap the symbol with text/shapes/logos, never recolor, flip, add imagery or gradients.
