Review checklist

Each button opens the page in this pane; every page has a "← Back to checklist" pill at its bottom-left corner to return here. Tick as you go; the ticks are saved in this browser. Send your notes in one message when done.

1. Boilerplate and station copy

Voice page shows an example boilerplate; replace with the approved text or remove. Confirm the WNPT vs Nashville PBS usage rule.

2. Support card details

URL wnpt.org/support, phone 1 (844) 213-5345, SMS disclaimer. In the On-Air template set style → support, or view the sample.

3. Address and phone

161 Rains Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203 in the Document footer and Flier; (615) 259-9325 on the Flier CTA.

4. Station slates vs. the real ones

Compare message, difficulties and support styles with your actual slates: type size, rail width, logo size, disclaimer position.

5. Notice / in-memoriam card

New design for Becky's request. Check eyebrow wording, portrait vs. no portrait, and how the visitation lines read. Set style → notice in Tweaks.

6. Coral on blue

Decide whether Coral should be limited to large type on dark backgrounds. See the deck stats slide with the coral accent and the ALL ARTS promo sample.

7. The rules every chat obeys

Five-minute read. Especially the Broadcast block and the channel lineup line.

8. Brand site: kit definition and terms

Getting Started defines the public Basic Brand Kit vs. the Partner Toolkit. Contact page carries Terms of Use; legal should read it.

10. New: Passport, the apps, PBS KIDS pairs

Passport lockups and the PBS app / Nashville PBS app rules; PBS KIDS now only as paired lockups (digital vs print).

11. New: Claude Usage guide (restricted section)

The plain-language guide for Megan, Almin, Shane, McKenly, Dara, Tamra, Kelly, Sam. Check the wording and the access list; the Templates page no longer mentions Claude.

9. Everything at once

All templates and brand components rendered live with pass/fail badges.
